We let our patients know how important oral hygiene is for their health, but how well do you know the amazing team Dr. Hauser hand picks to make his patients happy? We’d like to tell you a little bit about them now!

Patti is one of only a handful of Registered Dental Assistants in Extended Function, Expanded Duties Level II in the State of California.

Patti has been a highly skilled dental assistant since 1993. By 1997 she was licensed in Dental Radiography, Coronal Polishing, and finally as a Registered Dental Assistant.

She has been a key member of Dr. Hauser’s team since 2002. Already an exceptional Chair- side Dental Assistant, Patti challenged herself to achieve more. She completed an extensive two year program at UCLA School of Dentistry to become a Registered Dental Assistant in Extended Functions Level 2.

Suzi is Dr. Hauser’s Dental Assistant that brings the fun to getting your teeth done!

Suzi has been working in the customer service industry for over 20 years. She has an amazing personality and energy and “brings it” to work every day! She has an uncanny ability to relate to people. Dentistry can be a source of anxiety for some patients, but rest assured that Suzi can lighten up any mood.

Suzi has completed all required coursework to become a Dental Assistant, including Dental Radiography, CPR, and Hands-on Dental Assistant Training, and Dental Terminology.

Shanin is a Registered Dental Assistant, too, and a more recent addition to Dr. Hauser’s team.

Shanin has been a dental assistant for the past 9 years. She has worked chair side with a prosthodontist, who specialized in placing implants, as well as a general dentist who specialized in orthodontics. She has received extensive training in both areas which will bring more knowledge to our practice.

Shanin loves talking and seeing our patient’s confidence grow as their smiles improve. She was a patient in our office prior to becoming a member of our team, and understands that our number one goal is for our patients to be comfortable and confident in their dental treatment they receive.

Carla is our Friendly and Always Smiling Patient Coordinator.

Carla and her family have been patients of Dr. Hauser for many years. She has worked the dental field for over 10 years. She has experience in general dentistry and orthodontics.

We were thrilled when we had the opportunity to add her to our staff. She was at the top of our “employee wish list”! Carla is likely to be the friendly voice you hear when you call our office.

Melissa is our newest Patient Coordinator.

Melissa has over 7 years’ experience in being a patient coordinator and customer service. She is extremely knowledgeable in obtaining patient’s benefits and planning the needed steps to create amazing smiles. She will be the person to great you when you arrive at our office. She will make you feel right at home!

She will give you a tour of our facility and help you with your “homework” if needed. She has a degree in medical billing and coding to go along with her expertise in dental billing. She lives local to the office and has been married for almost 8 years.

Erin is the first of three highly skilled Registered Dental Hygienists at Lakefront Family Dentistry.

Erin has been involved in Dentistry since 1993 when she became a Registered Dental Assistant at Loma Linda University. She worked alongside the examiners for the Dental board of California and realized she wanted to continue her education.

Erin earned her Bachelors of Science in Dental Hygiene from Loma Linda School of Dentistry in 2000. Erin joined Dr. Hauser’s team in 2001. She has dedicated herself to her patients’ dental health, education, and comfort.

Melanie is one of our amazing Registered Dental Hygienists, too.

Melanie has been in the dental field since 1989. She became a Registered Dental Assistant through ROP while completing her senior year in High School. While working full time, she finished her education earning a Bachelor’s in Dental Hygiene in Amarillo, TX, in 1995.

Melanie joined Dr. Hauser in 2006 and has proven to be a tremendous asset. She is good communicator and loves to educate her patients.

Tawnya is our third, friendly and very professional Registered Dental Hygienists!

Tawnya has been involved in the dental field since 1999 working first as a dental technician fabricating crowns and bridges. In 2002 she became a registered dental assistant and worked for an orthodontic office. She worked full time while earning her degree in dental hygiene from RCC in 2009.

She graduated with honors and was the recipient of the Hu-Friedy Golden Scaler award. She is dedicated to educating patients and working with them to improve their oral health which is why she was excited to join our team in 2012 sharing the same passion.
